So worried

I’m suppose to be 7 weeks based on my last ultrasound 2 weeks prior but I was measuring a week behind this time And no heartbeat was found. I also lost all my symptoms. My boobs no longer hurting and aren’t hard anymore and I don’t feel nauseous anymore. I’m so worried that my baby stopped growing a week ago. I go to my dr in a few days for the ultrasound results. What will he do next? No bleeding or cramping.
