Need some advice

Sorry i know its long:(OK I am 3dpo according to Glow I really don't know when I really ovulated but 4 days ago I had really bad lower backache and lower stomach cramps then the next morning I felt 10 times better than I ever have then for 2days my boobs feel full and they look so much bigger and off and on feel nauseated but have not thrown up and have had headaches off and on and feel dizzy off and on I don't know what's going on the last time I had lower back pain and lower stomach cramps I started my AF but the pain lasted 3 days and it is way to Early to start my AF is so post to start the 27 of September I am so confused on what's going on and just so tired of my body acting the way it usually doesn't I am feeling so down and confused and just need some advice and some one to talk to my hopes are shot and my hart is breaking in to little pieces :( :( :'(
