Anyone else here who got pregnant even though their hubby had fertility problems? I dunno what to do anymore ?

Am 31 years old TTC since about 2 years now . My hubby is also 31 . He had low testosterone levels which caused hair loss , and arthritis like symptoms . And his semen analysis wasn’t good either , the mobility of the sperms was weak to sluggish . He made a testosterone replacement therapy . His hair grew again where he lost them . And his volume of ejaculation was 35 cc and is now 50 cc. But he doesn’t want anymore tests. ( religious reasons ) . And he got a varicocele in the left testicle ( she doesn’t disturb him and the doc said it doesn’t need to be treated ) I guess 2 years TTC is nothing but my feelings are on a rollercoaster and I can’t talk with my hubby about it coz it bothers him a lot he loves children so much and wishes to have one . Is there anyone else here who conceived even though their partner/ hubby had fertility issues? According to the app today is a chance to get pregnant of 30.7 % but I guess just for the normal fertile couples ? I really dunno what to do anymore and my power is kinda finishing .
