Do you use Menstrual Cups?

Switching to a MC really changed the way I view and handle my period in the best ways. It takes so much of the worry out, with no risk of TSS, and they dont mess with your natural moisture levels like tampons do.

Yes! It changed my period for the better. I no longer have cramps at all, my periods are 3 days instead of 10, and I am overall much more comfortable on my period.

I love mine, I leave it in all day and I don’t have to worry about changing pads or tampons.

I have been trying the last few months to use one. However I have so much difficulty trying to get it out it almost gives me anxiety. I love the idea and the cost efficiency alongside the environmental aspects but maybe I need to try a different brand. What brand are you ladies using ?
