NIPT test results

So I had my NIPT test done about 18 days ago. For Kaiser it only takes 8 to 14 days. When I originally had the test done and my doctor said that if everything is fine they’ll send you a secure email and if anything is not fine then they will call you. So I messaged my doctor on Thursday of last week and my doctor was out of the office, it was someone else filling in and they said they couldn’t find my results that it must not of come in yet. Then I messaged my doctor again on Monday ( yesterday)and she had said that the prenatal clerk had run the test results by her late last week and that the prenatal clerk should be calling me today But not to worry everything was fine. This was yesterday I still have not gotten a call today and now it’s 4 o’clock on Tuesday . I called Kaiser again and they sent a message to my doctor. Now waiting again. Unfortunately with Kaiser you cannot call your doctor office directly. Has anyone ever had anything like this? There was a reason that she felt the need to run the results by my doctor and The doctor saying I will be getting a phone call but then again she said everything was fine. I still can’t help but worry because something had of been a little funny for her to need to ask my doctor in for a phone call.
