Cycle day 19 and sore breasts?

I have PCOS and recently was referred to an RE. I had a HSG done and it was normal. The hubby sperm count is normal.  So we were good to start our letrazole earlier this month which I took CD 3-7.  I'm currently on CD 19 and have yet to see a positive on an opk. I've been testing around noon every day since CD 10. Day before yesterday I woke up with really sore breasts and bad fatigue.  My question is could I have missed my LH surge on an opk and ovulated?  We've been TTC 3 years.
