Sensitive teeth?

FTM here. I am just curious if anyone else has experienced excessively sensitive teeth while breastfeeding is general.

I just went to the dentist and got a clean bill, but over the last day and a half (my LO has been cluster feeding during this time), my teeth have been sensitive non stop! I’m wondering if he is maybe depleting my calcium stores or something like that?

Recommendations if you have experienced this? I’ll likely start calcium supplements just in case.
