Someone help me with this please?!?

I know this picture will be gross but can someone tell me if this it normal? It’s really watery and I haven never bleed like this while having the iud and never had this color

It happens to me ALL THE TIME with my IUD. It’s inconvenient and unpredictable. Sometimes that’s all I get, instead of a regular (red blood) period. Makes it difficult to know when my period starts or stops. It is seriously one of the worst things about having an IUD.
If I know that my period is over, or not due, then I will occasionally use a saline or vinegar/water douche - my gyno recommended it - to clean out the old blood so that it wouldn’t continue days longer than it should. 
But other than that, just wear a panty liner and wait for it to pass. Eventually it will, though you may feel like your vag is closed for business while it’s going on. Which, if you enjoy not grossing out your partner, is somewhat necessary.

Also, orgasms can help push the old blood out faster due to the contracting of the muscles in the vagina and uterus. So, get a little frisky with yourself.
