I am so tired

For the past 3 days my 6 week old son has screamed his head off all day every day (he calmes down for 15 minutes, freaks put for 5, does that until an hour to 30 minutes before his next feeding) I'm at a loss. Gas drops haven't helped, bicycle kicks, soothing... the burping process calms him down for a little ... I think gripe water helped but he doesn't like it straight up and I have no defrosted milk to put it in tonight.... HALP
