Does anyone know what this is?

So I’m a little over 4 weeks postpartum and since right after I had my baby I started getting red itchy bumps on my wrist, I thought they’d go away but they’re still there. I figured they were caused by my hospital wristbands but wouldn’t they be gone by now? I’ve tried to put a band aid over it so I don’t scratch it but it’s not working. I honestly thought it was herpes but I also heard it’s really rare to get it on your hands or arms, and I read that dermatitis looks like herpes a lot. Does anyone know? And yes I did notice them while at he hospital but I checked in two days before I delivered and didn’t notice them until after I delivered.
