My husband had zero, no sperm after chemo and we went through IVF and had our first son. I had a miracle surprise pregnancy- obviously his sperm came back 4 years+ after chemo (rare). He had very low testosterone and no sperm for years. Six months before we conceived I started my husband on an essential oil and vitamin regiment that I personally think helped things come back.

Tried clomid, raised his low T but still zero sperm, doctor doesn’t know if failure or blockage or even both; booked in for a TESE/micro TESE in June! Fingers crossed for success and then onto the next marathon, IVF with ICSI!
