Any tips on how to induce labor???

I'm 39 weeks 3 days but measuring bigger. Any tips on how to induce labor? I'm so sick of being pregnant and just want this baby out! TIA

Membrane sweep form your Dr.
Jogging up and down stairs until your contracting.
Lots of sex from the back.
Swimming.
I tried midwives brew and it broke my water doing the baby momma dance.

Midwives brew sent me into labor. I was almost 41 weeks so was willing to try anything

Sex can help. The semen can work to thin your cervix but it really just depends on your body. I know women who’ve had sex, drink castor oil, go for long walks, and basically do anything in the book to start labor and it doesn’t happen lol

You could try having sex 😊 Having an orgasm can help stimulate your uterus, and then oxytocin, a hormone released can help with contractions. Also semen is supposed to help soften your cervix. Cant say I have any experience, but worth a shot? Lol

You can't unfortunately.. Nothing has been proven to induce labor other than the medicine they give you at hospitals 🤷🏻‍♀️
I Remeber being sick and tired of being pregnant, but it'll end soon.
