Anyone with high tsh.. While t3 and t4 level are fine in 5_6 weeks pregnancy

I just found out my tsh level is high but with normal t3 and t4 and i am 5 to 6 weeks pregnant with my first baby.. Is anyone having this problem during there pregnancy and had a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby with proper thyroid medication.. Please share your stories.. I am so worried..
