Moving before divorce

So I’ve already filled for divorce and want to move up to be with my brother and sister. Same state, but about 3 hours away. I have two kids but their dad said he will let us move and sign whatever he needs to. When could we move? I want to leave today I need family support I’m having a really hard time and he’s not helping at all. We live in Utah who would I even call to get information?
