Living in fear

I was 20 weeks carrying everything was normal and took anomly scannin my baby had a serious birth defect .legs and hands were not functioning I had no option rather than termination ..that was my loss ..and now am ttc ..started taking follic acid..am just scared wat if it happen again ..I can’t accept one more loss ..can I have a healthy baby ? Any one had this experience..please share with me
