Cramps

I’ve been having horrible cramps off and on for like 3 days now. I’m not on my period or close to getting it. They started a day after I had a lot of sex. It feels like it might be gas but I haven’t been eating differently or having any other issues that would make me believe it’s food related. It could just be cramping from all the sex..? But it just seems like the pain would have faded by now. Lmao my insides low key feel fucked up. Maybe people know what I’m talking about😂?
