So confused!

So last Monday I went in for blood work, came back negative after I got 2 faint hpt.... so I waited it out till this week and within the last 2 days I got 4 positive hpt. Now today I went back to the dr for blood work and they also did a urine test and it came up negative they said. I’ll post my hpt below, has anyone gone through this?
