Went to the ER for spotting & cramping. They did an ultrasound but couldn’t tell me if I was miscarrying, so that night I came home and there was a blood clot in the toilet. So now I have been bleeding ever since Monday the cramping come & go but I’m bleeding enough to wear panty liners. My gut tells me I’m miscarrying and I just want some prayers at this time. This would be my first child or first miscarriage 😩🙏🏾
