Please tell me im not the only one this has happened to..

I'm so fricken frustrated. i havent had a period since the beginning of feb. I've given up on taking pregnancy tests. They always come out negative. I've talked to my dr and she told me there is nothing we can really do because my husband and i have been TTC less than a year. (10 months). I switched back to my original Dr. (The only reason i went to a different one was because i worked at the clinic and i figured it would be easier than driving 20mins to my primary dr) he says that we can do some tests to see if theres something causing me not to get my period. Ugh, i just dont get it. My period was regular the last 8 months. Before then i was on the pill and got my period regularly because of that. Ive never missed a period before in my life. Yeah ive been late but never just skipped it. I haven't had any changes or extra stress. I'm already bumming cause its taken this long to get pregnant. Now I'm not even getting my period so we can keep trying. Please tell me I'm not the only one this has happened to.
