Nose bleeds???

I’m 5 weeks and 4 days and I’m laying down goin to sleep last night mind u guys it’s dark because I am goin to sleep I felt like I had a booger tmi but this not exactly wat it was so as I’m trying to get this “booger” out it’s hard because I have a nose ring so it starts to leak so im like now my nose is running so I put a flash light on and my boyfriend goes omg your bleeding everywhere an I’m like wat wtf so I get up go to the restroom to see if it’s from the nose ring but it’s not but I haven’t had nose bleeds since 2012 if that is this a pregnancy symptom???
