WHAT WRONG WITH MY THROAT?!

So I have a really bad uti but have been taking antibiotics and it’s been getting better. Yesterday my bf and I celebrated our anniversary and things got intimate. After that I went down on him completely forgetting about my uti. That night my throat was red and itchy. Today it’s less red but still sore and itchy. I can’t tell if it’s the bacteria I practically swallowed or my allergies. What is happening?!
