Can implantation make you physically sick?

I ovulated on either the 8th or 9th. On Sunday the 13th my husband and I were driving home from the store and I got this sudden urge to throw up! I made him pull over so I could puke, I did a few times and then I was perfectly fine the whole rest of the day. Has this happened to anyone else? It was so strange!
