Why are my temps so high

I just had a MC on the 25th of march, my bleeding stopped April 3rd, 12 days after bleeding stopped I ovulated, didn't track bbt cause my 1 yr old was sick and not sleeping through the night, she got better last week.... Monday I decided to temp at my normal time to see how my temps looked, Monday & Tues temp was 98.00, this morning it went up to 98.22, could I be pregnant agian or are temps high following a MC, I'm 9dpo today and in Feb i I got my Vfl on a first response at 9dpo
