Plan B, 2 Periods in one month

I got my first period a week after I took plan B, which was a week ago and I just got it again yesterday. I had sex last night, we had unprotected for like 10 seconds, after I gave him head. I know I shouldn’t have did the unprotected part. I went to the doctor yesterday to get birth control, so I won’t have to take plan b anymore. I just don’t know what I should do about last night since we didn’t use a condom
