Can I cry?😭😭😭😭

Had my 36week check up today. No dilation and no effacement. Y’all I’m so worried I’m going to end up having to have another csection bc this little boy is stubborn😭💔
•note that I have until 39 weeks for progress and labor to start on its own. I’m type 1 diabetic so placental failure is very common around that stage. 
My first was csection due to crappy call from the on call OB. I want to vbac so badly but just don’t know if it’s going to happen, and I’m heart broken.

Drink pineapple juice, go for a nice long walk, have sex and eat something spicy. It may help, good luck. That's my plan for this weekend

Try not to stress it. When I was pregnant with my third, I went from not being dilated for two weeks to suddenly being 3cm and almost completely thinned out, and a baby in my arms the next day! It can change out of nowhere!

I'm type 1 diabetic too and had nothing happening at my visit this past Monday. I was 36 and 2 then. But baby is still doing good and passing his BPP's and NST's. I am scheduled for induction at 38 weeks so if he continues to be stubborn, he'll get here one way or another! Good luck mama! Things could be different next week!

Try to walk and stay active. It sucks it does. Try evening primerose to soften the cervix 🙂. Don't lose hope I know exactly how you feel.

I was also not dilated or effaced at 36 weeks. Next week I was 1cm and 50% effaced. It can literally change overnight, you still have time!
