Has this ever happened to you?

I am a little heart broken writing this post... I was late for my period at the beginning of April. Two weeks late to be exact. I took a pregnancy test and saw a faint line. I took a second one, digital this time, three days later. It said not pregnant. So I waited. I spotted for 20 days. Just a little, annoying enough to wear a liner but not filling it. Then on the 21st day I started what seamed like was my period. Now I’ve been heavily bleeding for five days. Like I have to change every 2 hours with a super pad. I’m cramping like crazy...idk what’s going on with me. Any ideas? I’m at a loss...
