How do you sit comfortably..?

I’m currently 31 weeks and I can’t seem to get comfortable..

I literally sit like a man I can’t close my legs because it’s so uncomfortable plus he’s head down and just sits low. What does help me just the tiniest amount is putting a pillow behind my back and under my knees
