First time mommy here question about tummy time?
My baby is 1 month old I wanna do tummy time with her but she’s always asleep or she’s just hungry should I just do it when she’s playing or in a better mood? she’s always asleep during the day or hungry lol and would I have to do diaper only or can she keep her clothes on I wanna do it when she’s on my chest it says I have to do it at least 6 times a day
