When did your doctor say you can try again?

How long did your doctor ask you to wait before TTC again? I think my doctor said wait to get my period...I can’t really remember what she said probably due to me being in complete shock.

My doctor said so long as the miscarriage bleeding has stopped and I'm not in pain. He counts a miscarriage as an equivalent to a period and I ovulated 2 weeks after the bleeding stopped so that makes sense

I had a d&c and my OB and a friends OB both told us we could try right again you are more fertile after a miscarriage, there is no research that says it is any more risky then normal to get pregnant right away

She said we were good to go after I stopped bleeding. I didn’t need a dnc tho

My dr said 2 weeks, she said new evidence shows you’re more fertile immediately after a mc. We were active but we’re not able to conceive my cycle just resumed so hopefully better luck this month.

I was told to wait until after my first period after my miscarriage.

My doctor said if I had to have a D and C to wait for a few months. However i didn’t have to have that so they said to wait until i had my first period so that if I got pregnant again they could track the due date easier. If youre unsure i would call your doctor
