High AMH and clomid

I actually don’t have pcos but I have very high AMH. I want to try clomid but read with high AMH you can get hyper ovarian stimulation syndrome. Pcos usually correlates with high AMH but I see a lot of you on clomid. Is ohss not a big concern? Is it rare?
