I don’t wanna risk getting him sick, so I wanted to see if it’s safe to breast feed while sick and a fever

Yes it's fine and it'll be beneficial for babe to get antibodies for whatever you've got. Just be careful taking meds that they are ok for breastfeeding

Yes, you can and should. However, I found my supply always plummeted when I had a fever/was ill, and would have to take Tylenol or Advil to bring down the fever if I wanted to actually get any milk, even when breastfeeding (vs pumping).
