Varicose veins

Anyone experience this while pregnant? I’m currently 33 weeks and this is my third pregnancy, never had them pop up with my first two. But this pregnancy has been far from easy. I have a huge one (TMI) that popped up on my vaginal area when I was around 20 weeks and the rest are on my left leg only. Will that affect whether I deliver vaginally or not? I have a dr appointment tomorrow to get more info, but if anyone has been through it, please tell me there’s light at the end of the tunnel! 🙏🏻🤞🏻
