Still nothing!!

I still haven’t gotten my period I am soo late and I have been super consistent, took a test it’s negative. Absolutely no pms symptoms feel like I’m getting a uti I felt fine this morning but later in the day peeing has been getting uncomfortable (could that be causing this?) and my right side keeps getting a random sharp pain nothing like a cramp just a random jab like feeling, and I am sooo fatigued slightly feeling nauseous in the night time around 630 7pm I know they are negative but my hopeful side won’t let it go is it possible I’m pregnant recommendations?
