Question for those ttc#2 or higher

So I'm ttc#1 four days late for af. I'm moody, boobs are huge and really itchy, I'm overly emotional cry at the silliest things I've been nauseous peeing like crazy by back hurts and have had random cramping. Dizzy spells. Tired. Go from feeling sick to ravenously hungry straight hangry. I spotted once yesterday like one spot then nothing I thought af was making a vist but nothing. I've taken three tests all saying nagative. So my question have any of you had a nagative pregnancy test but gotten a blood test with different results
