Any facial changes?

I’m 14w today. 🖤

I haven’t posted about my pregnancy yet but I uploaded a picture on social media and got a ton of comments of people telling me my face is changing! I recently turned 25 so I have just been replying saying something along the lines of “25 years of life does that 😂🤣” Has anyone else been told this or have you realized this yourself?
