Possible early labor? FTM

I think I felt my first real contraction earlier as I was resting. My stomach was tightening with what felt like a cramp around my back and down to my rectal area. It lasted a little over a minute. Then my side and lower back started to cramp. I start feeling really hot before this and I checked my BP and it was 134/86. Then my mouth started watering and it still is as well as feeling nauseous with acid reflux. I also just started having diarrhea. But I noticed it was almost difficult to pass it as well as urinate. And I started getting the chills and shaky with a mild headache. Should I be worried or just monitor what’s going on?
