Dating/Having Fun with somone after theyve come out of a longterm relationship..

Can I have peoples opinions on whether this works or not? Im thinking this could be fun, but I dont want to just be an easy shag. And he has stated that its unlikely he will get into something serious so soon after breaking up with his long term gf, but is cool with dating, having fun and seeing how things progress.

If anyone could help me out that would be great, as I do like the guy but dont know him that well as I know him from the gym and also matched on Tinder too 🙈

I just dont wanna be hurt and also be prepared if I go down this route as what if something does come out of it a few months down the line?
