could this mean i pregnant

I have very light stopping yeasterday which is when my period was suppose to come and when I say light i mean 2 brown spots then nothing. so now my period is late can this happen and mean your period if i am should i worry about the brown discharge. I had took a day 4 days before my missed period and it was neagtive. I also been having light cramping with this could i still be pregnant. if i am anyone had these symptoms and the baby was healthy
