After sex and bleeding

My period had ended this morning, and tonight around 9 pm my husband and I had some VERY much needed sex. It was aaaamazing. Anyways, I’m a night owl, and my lady parts felt a little sensitive and sore from our session. So I got up and went to the bathroom, and I’m a bleeding mess, RED blood mixed with discharge. And every time I wipe it hurts. I had to put a pad back in place. my lady parts feel very sensitive(painful) and are a little swollen. Should I be concerned? Or could it be my period back for vengeance 😭.
