Cramps

I am having THE WORST cramps Ive ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE. I can’t eat, or move much without biting down on a tissue or sometjing because it causes so much pain. And I’ve been basically crying for te past few hours non stop. I took pain meds, they dont seem to help. I don’t know what to do, my mom says go for a walk but I really can’t move without the pain getting a million times worse. Any tips? Any reasons why cramps randomly get so bad?
