Teacher Appreciation Week?

To all the teachers out there, what would be a nice gift for teacher appreciation week? I wanted to do something other than food related or flowers. I thought of a Massage Envy gift certificate but didn’t know if that was too personal? I feel like I’d like it, but not sure. TIA!

I think your idea is great. I also appreciated gift cards. Maybe for coffee or a restaurant (nothing fancy or expensive). A gift card even for school supplies would be wonderful in my opinion. We have to pay for a lot of school supplies out of our own pockets 😊

I'm the room mom of my sons class and I've asked the parents to help so we have something for every day of the week. I plan to put together a small bbq basket for my sons teacher.

Gift cards are always appreciated. I’ve gotten a few for massages or to get my nails done - it’s not weird at all. Donations made in our name are always fun and we have a couple families who gift tickets to the state fair every year or something similar that is big in our community.

A massage is pretty pricey...what kind of budget do you have? My husband teaches and we enjoy gift cards to Starbucks, Chipotle, etc. occasionally he will get larger amounts if he writes a rec letter or something above and beyond—Amazon and Target are always appreciated. It isn’t personal exactly but it lets us have some fun that we wouldn’t get to do otherwise.
