Not pregnant again!

How do you cope with not getting pregnant? Every month I go through the excitement that this time it might happen and when it doesn't it's harder to brush it off that I am fine.... my husband has an extremely low motility count like 2% but his sperm count is super high and everything else is normal. Every month I just want to give up but then I find myself trying again... any suggestions?!?!!!
