Acne in early pregnancy/ holistic treatments?

Hey! So I’m 18, and I just found out I’m pregnant! But,, there’s more than one thing that’s making me sore aside from my boobs: MY FACE! 😡
I generally have a clear complexion, and I’ve NEVER had a pimple on my cheek before!!🤕 it hurts /: any suggestions!

This is what I do for my pimples: just before bed I wash and dry my face well. Get a couple of aspirin in the palm of your hand and put several drops of water in your palm with the aspirin. Rub the aspirin till they start to swell and soak up the water. Try to make it into a wet paste, kinda like a thick toothpaste. Dab that paste onto each pimple and let it air dry. The aspirin helps with the sore inflamed skin and it helps too if you happen to have a dreaded oozy pimple, as well. Once dry(the aspirin should be brittle and dusty) brush it off you skin with a soft rag. Lastly, take pure, raw honey and dab a drop onto each pimple. I tiny band-aid on top to keep the sticky from getting everywhere helps. Rinse your face in the morning. 
I’ve had some really stubborn, deep painful pimples before and for those it took about three nights of this routine to get them under control but, yup, this is what I do.
