TMI but I need advice

I have a really bad hemorrhoid, and it’s painful. The worst I’ve ever had. I’ve tried everything hot and cold compresses, backing soda bath, a plain warm bath, Preparation H, pushing it back in. Nothing has worked and it hurts so bad 😩😩. I can’t go anywhere to get anything and I don’t have witch hazel. Is there anything anyone has tried at home?

UPDATE: went to the ER today since absolutely nothing was helping. It was losing circulation and turning purple therefore it was dying off and he said that’s why it hurt so much. I was given pain meds and a steroid to help but I just have to find a way to deal with the pain and go about my day like it’s not even there. It’s for sure a hemorrhoid.
