STM 25 Weeks Nauseated???

Question

I've felt nauseated twice in the last two weeks. Am I alone???? I don't remember this with my first. 
It is out of nowhere. :(

I was just googling this. I am 25 weeks and the past 2 days I have felt nauseous, I haven't thrown up it's just uncomfortable. I'm hoping it passes. I see my dr Tuesday I'm going to ask him if I should worry

I ate cinnamon raisin toast for breakfast with s glass of soymilk last week to hold me off until I ate (had a busy morning with a quick start) and I ended up throwing up for the first time this pregnancy 😭. Then I craved nachos from a specific place and felt nauseated later that day but no vomit thank goodness. It has been super random but I'll be 25 weeks come Sunday and have been fine this far along.
