Does anyone have tips on continuing weight loss and healthy eating during certain times of the menstrual cycle?
I do so well eating healthy and losing weight until the days leading up to my period and during my period. All I want to do is binge. I seriously feel out of control and food is all I can think about during these times. My diet is completely derailed.
Unfortunately I live with other adults who eat very poorly. The unhealthy snacks are plentiful 😩
