Rib pain on both side what to do ?? 😫😫

39 weeks pregnant 🤰 and have a bad pain in my ribs I can’t move or do anything because of it. Is this normal am I the only one ?? 😞

UPDATE!!!

So I called my midwife and told her about my rib pains and that is really uncomfortable unbearable pain I can’t use washroom neither can I walk bend or take a deep breath or sleep or sit. I told my midwife that I have this for the past 3 to 4 days and that it getting worse now so she asked me to time that same like contractions which is hard to do she asked me about any discharge that I’m having so I told her that I do have discharge more then usual but is clear and kind of watery and that I didn’t loose my mucus plug at all yet she said that neither do I have to loose my mucus plug neither my water can break but I can still be in early labour which she thinks iam so hopefully I make some progress and actually being to be in true labour soon. Sorry for long update I just though that their might be moms out there that experience the same thing and this might be helpful to some of them. ❤️❤️
