Oral thrush in adults? 👅 12 weeks

12 weeks pregnant here. I’ve been dealing with severe nausea and vomiting, I’ve lost 13lbs, and cant really brush my teeth without vomiting.

I was on an antibiotic and that gave me a vaginal yeast infection. Tonight I noticed an awful taste in my mouth and noticed white patches on my tongue like I’ve never seen in my life. Between the bv infection, yeast infection, vomiting, and inability to thoroughly brush my teeth, I am having some really low self-esteems day now this..

Does this look like oral thrush? Could it just be a side effect of my vomiting? So gross ):
