Post surgery depression
I just got in an accident and broke my ankle. I got my surgery and i've been recovering for 3 days now. My boyfriend stayed with me all throughout the surgery and recovery but he had to leave yesterday to work for a week or 2. I have my parents check in on me everyday but just to leave the food and other things i need for the day. I feel so sad and i always cry at night because i feel so helpless and alone. Is this a normal feeling after surgery?
