What !!! Can I be pregnant !! 11 days late ! I’m I crazy !

I haven’t had my period for 11 days and I been feeling tired and stuff.. a little hungry and then other days not so hungry.. I have also been spotting for 3 days. And then I notice o spotted again after I had sex with my husband it was weird I was like why you keep messing with me period !! Sorry I something talk to my self jajjjaja

I’m going crazy ! I took a test and it was negative😏wee been trying for 8 months now 😔ughhh !
